EXECUTIVE COACHING · 1:1 PARTNERSHIP

Executive Coaching for Women in LeadershipStop Performing. Start Leading.

Executive coaching for women in C-suite and senior leadership roles, across community, government and health, who’ve achieved everything and are still waiting to feel like themselves in the room.

Most of the leaders I work with are women. Men arrive too, usually referred, at a turning point, carrying the same exhaustion under a different name.

The problem

It isn’t a confidence gap.

You’ve achieved everything you were supposed to. And you’re still waiting to feel like yourself in the room.

That’s not a confidence gap. That’s an identity pattern, and it can be changed, at the level where it actually lives.

Underneath the competence, four hidden identities are quietly spending her energy: the Pleaser, who keeps the room comfortable at her own cost. The Performer, who delivers the version of leadership she thinks is expected. The Perfectionist, who cannot let anything leave her desk unproven. The Protector, who holds the whole thing up so nobody else has to. Each one works. Each one costs. And together they mean she is performing a version of herself that doesn’t fully fit.

Where this work lands

Three sectors. The same weight.

Community & not for profit

Leading a community organisation is one of the most complex roles in Australia. You carry the mission long after the meeting ends, and the version of you performing composure is running on empty. You can't pour from an exhausted identity.

Government

SES leadership means accountability in every direction at once, with almost nowhere honest to put the weight down. Anchored leadership means you carry it without being flattened by it.

Health

Health leadership means managing clinical culture, workforce pressure and board complexity, often all at once. The leader anchored in who she is, not performing calm she doesn't feel, becomes the stabilising force.

The distinction

Most leadership development teaches skills. This teaches presence.

Skills can be automated. Presence cannot.

Identity Anchoring® rewires leadership identity at the subconscious level. It is not another framework to perform. It is a shift in who the leader is when the room gets hard, delivered across five stages.

  1. 01Awarenesssee the identity pattern that is actually driving the leadership.
  2. 02Anchorset identity at the subconscious level, where it holds under pressure.
  3. 03Embodylive it in the body, so presence is state, not performance.
  4. 04Integratecarry it into the real rooms: board, executive, media, crisis.
  5. 05Expandlead from it consistently, and grow the scope it can hold.

Questions

Before you book.

How much does executive coaching cost?
The Anchor Coaching™ Partnership is $4,500 AUD for a 3-month partnership, with two sessions a month. That includes the EBW Business EQ assessment and debrief, six 1:1 sessions, your executive CV and LinkedIn rewritten through Identity Anchoring™, board, media and interview readiness, and live challenge support between sessions.
What's the difference between this and the Inner Executive System?
This is 1:1 work, designed around one leader. The Inner Executive System is the full day team and organisational intensive, with a diagnostic, the intensive itself, and an integration phase for the leadership team.
Do you only coach women?
Primarily women in C-suite and senior leadership roles. Men are welcome, and often arrive referred, at a leadership transition point, carrying the same exhaustion under a different name.
How is this different from a regular executive coach?
Most leadership development teaches skills. This teaches presence. Skills can be automated, presence cannot. And where 360 feedback tells you what colleagues see, the EBW Business EQ Assessment reveals how you actually behave under pressure, a fundamentally different starting point.
