Can I book a single coaching session without committing to a programme?
Yes. The Confidential Hour is a one-off 60-minute 1:1 session for $650 AUD, booked and paid online, with no ongoing commitment. Leaders book it when they're facing redundancy, pressure from a CEO or board, a loss of confidence, a career pivot, or a situation they can't talk about inside their organisation. Past clients use it to return whenever they need to.
What's the difference between this and the Inner Executive System?
This is 1:1 work, designed around one leader. The Inner Executive System is the full day team and organisational intensive, with a diagnostic, the intensive itself, and an integration phase for the leadership team.
Do you only coach women?
