Who is this for?

Individuals who are technically accomplished and quietly exhausted from performing a version of themselves that does not fully fit. What is the imposter system?
The imposter system is not a personal failing. It is external conditioning, the accumulated pressure to study more, earn more qualifications, keep proving competence, wait until you feel ready. Most senior leaders have been running this system for decades. It does not get quieter with seniority. It compresses. Identity Anchoring® is the methodology that dismantles it at the root, not by building confidence on top of it, but by rewiring the identity underneath it.
What is Identity Anchoring®?
Identity Anchoring® is a proprietary five stage neuroscience based methodology created by Dr Clare Allen. It works at the subconscious level, where identity actually lives, rather than the skills or behaviour level where most leadership development operates. The five stages are: Awareness, Anchor, Embody, Integrate, Expand. Each stage builds on the last. The result is not a leader who has learned new techniques. It is a leader whose identity has fundamentally shifted, so that anchored, authoritative leadership is no longer a performance to maintain. It is who they are.
What is neuroscience based leadership coaching?
Neuroscience based leadership coaching uses what we know about the brain, identity, threat response, pattern recognition, state regulation, to change how a leader actually shows up under pressure. Dr Clare Allen combines a DBA, an MSc in Metaphysics, NLP and thirty years of CEO experience to work at the identity layer first, so behaviour, presence and decisions align as a consequence rather than a performance.
How is this different from other executive or CEO coaching?
Most CEO coaching trains skills, frameworks and behaviours on the surface. Identity Anchoring® works in reverse, we move leadership identity at the neurological level first, using neuroscience, NLP and the EBW behavioural index. The result is durable presence and decision making, not a performance you have to keep up.
What is EBW Business EQ?
EBW (Emotions & Behaviours at Work) is a workplace behavioural index used by senior leaders globally, benchmarked against more than 5,000 executives. It measures how a leader actually performs under stress across nine dials, not personality, behaviour. Dr Clare Allen is an accredited EBW practitioner.
How many participants in the Intensive?
Eight to sixteen participants per cohort, twenty maximum. The cap protects the depth and intimacy the work requires.
What does it cost?
The Anchor Coaching™ Partnership is from $1,500 AUD per month, by application only. Organisational engagements, the Inner Executive System full day intensive, start from $15,000 AUD, scoped to team size and sector context. The Anchored Leaders Code self guided programme is $97 USD one time. All investments can be discussed on a discovery call.
Where is the Intensive delivered?
On site at your premises. A full day, 9 to 5. Pre work (the EBW assessment) is completed online before the day; integration debriefs are delivered remotely.
Is this for men and women?
Yes. The Inner Executive System and the Anchor Coaching™ Partnership work with senior leaders, men and women, across community, government and health sectors. The imposter system runs in both. The patterns differ in how they present, but the methodology addresses the underlying identity structure regardless of gender. Organisational engagements typically include mixed leadership teams.
What are Dr Clare Allen's credentials?
Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), MSc in Metaphysics, accredited EBW Business EQ practitioner, certified in NLP, and thirty years of CEO and board experience. The work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, identity and senior leadership practice.
Is this tax deductible?
For organisations engaging the Inner Executive System, the investment is typically treated as professional development and is tax deductible where applicable. Individual leaders should confirm with their accountant.
We already do 360 feedback and have an internal L&D team. Why would we need this?
360 feedback tells you how your leader is perceived, filtered through colleague politics and politeness. The EBW Assessment tells you how they actually behave under pressure. Those are not the same thing, and the gap between them is usually where the real problem lives. Internal L&D teams do excellent work on programs, capability frameworks, and culture. Where they are structurally limited is in providing the confidential, identity level work that your most senior leaders need, and cannot access internally. The Inner Executive System operates in that space.
How quickly will we see results?
Participants in the full day Intensive consistently report a shift on the day. The 90 day integration plan is where the shift becomes behavioural and operational. For individual coaching engagements, most leaders notice a meaningful change in how they are leading within the first 30 days. The change is not performance, it does not require maintenance. That is the distinction between identity level work and skills level work.
Is there a guarantee?
The Anchor Programme carries a sixty day love it or leave it. The Signature Programme is by application only. Organisational engagements are scoped before commitment.
