What is neuroscience-based leadership coaching?
Neuroscience-based leadership coaching uses what we know about the brain — identity, threat response, pattern recognition, state regulation — to change how a leader actually shows up under pressure. Dr Clare Allen combines a DBA, an MSc in Metaphysics, NLP and thirty years of CEO experience to work at the identity layer first, so behaviour, presence and decisions align as a consequence rather than a performance.
Who is this CEO and founder coaching for?
Sitting CEOs, C-suite executives and founders who are competent on paper but tired of editing themselves in the room. Also ascending leaders preparing for the next seat. The common thread is seniority, complexity, and a gap between the leader they are and the version they have been performing.
How is this different from other executive or CEO coaching?
Most CEO coaching trains skills, frameworks and behaviours on the surface. Identity Anchoring® works in reverse — we move leadership identity at the neurological level first, using neuroscience, NLP and the EBW behavioural index. The result is durable presence and decision-making, not a performance you have to keep up.
What is EBW Business EQ?
EBW (Emotions & Behaviours at Work) is a workplace behavioural index used by senior leaders globally, benchmarked against more than 5,000 executives. It measures how a leader actually performs under stress across nine dials — not personality, behaviour. Dr Clare Allen is an accredited EBW practitioner.
What are Dr Clare Allen's credentials?
Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), MSc in Metaphysics, accredited EBW Business EQ practitioner, certified in NLP, and thirty years of CEO and board experience. The work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, identity and senior leadership practice.
How many participants in the Intensive?
Eight to sixteen participants per cohort, twenty maximum. The cap protects the depth and intimacy the work requires.
Is this tax deductible?
For organisations engaging the Inner Executive System, the investment is typically treated as professional development and is tax deductible where applicable. Individual leaders should confirm with their accountant.
What does it cost?
The Anchor and Signature Programme is by application only. Organisational engagements (The Inner Executive System and the Days Intensive) start from $15,000 per engagement, scoped to your team size and context.
Where is the Intensive delivered?
On site at your premises. A full day, 9 to 5. Pre-work (the EBW assessment) is completed online before the day; integration debriefs are delivered remotely.
How is this different from leadership coaching?
Most leadership development trains skills on the surface. Identity Anchoring works in reverse — we move the identity first, and the behaviours align as a natural consequence. The result is durable, not performative.
Is there a guarantee?
The Anchor Programme carries a sixty day love-it-or-leave-it. The Signature Programme is by application only. Organisational engagements are scoped before commitment.
