7. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Enquiry submissions — retained for 3 years from date of enquiry
- Newsletter subscriber data — retained until you unsubscribe
- Client portal data — retained for 7 years from programme completion in accordance with Australian record-keeping obligations
- EBW Assessment data — retained for the duration of the programme and 2 years following completion
